Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, and the food is excellent. One of the best things is watching the sunset by boat

I had an all meals included Stay for two days. The hotel location and the property itself is fabulous. The food is decent to mediocre, and the ability of the staff to accommodate to customers needs is absent. They are all very polite, and there to look after you but when there is the need to show real customer service they did not deliver. I asked for a very simple accommodation, and I was surprised that I was denied. the last day of our check out, we took a boat ride to the paddy fields (7am to 10am) offered by the hotel, which we paid 4500 plus tax for. Both my kids got a bit sick on the boat ride and when we came back, they did not want to have breakfast. They took a nap and out checkout was around 12:30. I asked the hotel to allow the kids to have lunch instead of Breakfast. Both were buffet spreads. They did not make that accommodation in spite of my requesting. I thought it was a small ask given they have a big lunch buffet and two kids wouldn’t Make much of a dent in their spread. It was denied. It might not be the staff. It just might be their overall stiff policies and lack of consumer, centricity, and customer service that they have no control over. But when I come back next year, I would not be in Kumarkom Lake resort I would much rather be in the Taj, which is next-door ao I can be sure I will not be disappointed with their hospitality and customer service.

My wife and I stayed at KLR for two nights in July and I would like to say that this is a fantastic resort. From the moment we checked in, we realized that we made a great decision to stay over here. The front office staff gave us a refreshing welcome drink and then provided an overview of the hotel and activities. The resort is beautifully designed and very well maintained. It has an infinity pool looking over the backwaters which again is a wonderful sight. There were so many activities within the resort and we tried our hands at fishing, kayaking and the sunset boat cruise. Apart from this, the food over here is amazing - the breakfast buffet at the Ettukettu was great and we also loved our dining experience at the Vembanad. All in all it was a perfect stay for us. However, I would like to suggest one improvement area. There should be proper facilities available for the driver partners that come ***** with us. The team needs to make sure that they have a proper place to rest and recover ***** with other basic amenities. I’m pretty sure that KLR would py attention to this. And once again I would like to thank you for your team’s hospitality. I would love to come back here in the future.

I just want to thank Mr Rahul Nair for the wonderful experience my family had at Kumarkom Lake Resort because of his warm hospitality and genuinely friendly nature which made visit truly memorable. Moreover he was the only one well known with the Hindi language which made communication easy for us to be there.

Such a beautiful hotel, thank you so much for your hospitality. The beautiful rooms, meandering pool, outdoor shower , and amazing food were the highlights. There was also so much to do with the sunset cruise, dance show, clay pottery making, and fishing. Thank you so much to Johnny for organising the cake and all your hospitality. Thanks also to Kavi for your amazing photography skills, especially near the infinity pool. Also to Jewel, Sajesh and the general manager.

The Ambiance is really awesome and hospitality is much appreciated All the staffs were very polite and kind through out our the stay , they give attention to detail and very helpful. SPA is amazing Special Thanks to Aneesh and Sajeesh, Zach, Benny Over all experience include rooms, houseboat, food & all the amenities was very engaging
